This prenatal pilates series was so important for my health during and post pregnancy. I did these routines (especially this video and the stretching one) all the way up to week 40. The time I invested in them really paid off because I ended up having a c-section and have relied on the strength of my other non-abdominal muscles to compensate. The one move in this video where you stand on one leg and lift the other to the side seems silly until you realize this is the exact motion needed to put on underwear/shorts post birth. I’ve had a tough first half of the pregnancy and needed to get back into working out. I did the core one and stretch yesterday, and today I did the arms and legs. Got my sweaty and heart rate up, challenging but no pain. I’m glad I found this series!

I felt so bad when I signed up for your most recent 30-day challenge and had to unsubscribe about a day later because I found out I was pregnant. At my first doctor visit they told me I had placenta previa and needed to stay off ALL exercise until I was in the clear. Now I am, and I'm SO glad you have your prenatal pilates series. I was already a fan of yours so I'm glad I didn't have to search endlessly on KZbin for a trainer and workout I liked. Thank you!

Thanks! Our first son, Alfie, was premature and died during labour. After his birth, I came back to KZbin to find postnatal workouts and I couldn't find any that didn't reference having a living baby at home. I wonder if this is a video you'd be willing to make? For postpartum mamas who are grieving and still need to put their body back together again after labour and delivery.
