This is a beautiful floor plan. I love the wood in the ceilings. Both the porch areas are a nice size, and I love that it's under the roof. The back door in the kitchen leading to the back porch area is a great space for unloading groceries from the car straight into kitchen, but I would add off the existing roof with a covered breezeway to be able to pull a vehicle under to off load groceries from the car. by having both a breezeway and porch area keeping you from the elements. Also I would do away with that one Long window that is in-between the refrigerator and tall wall cabnet this way you could move your refrigerator over next to the side of that tall cabinet then on the leftside of the refrigerator where the single cabinet is could then be moved over next to the left side of the refrigerator giving a space to place the dishwasher next to the sink.This would also free up some extra storage for additional cabinet space in the iland by taking the dishwasher out as well as the cost for the extra plumbing work of having it there. Also adding a third bedroom by increasing the sq. footage for an office space as well bringing in any higher resale value to the home. The only thing missing is an entrance coat closset or a wall tree bench for guest coats. I love the view out of those huge windows overlooking the back porch area is so pretty another great house plan by avn.

Very nice floor plan. The only changes I would make would be a wood burning fireplace, and to swap out the floor to ceiling windows for those with some wood under them (like those in the bedroom). When looking at plans I'm considering safety as much as aesthetics at this point, but that is a personal choice for 'me' and an easy change with this floor plan.

I would change the master suite. The hall is wasted space, you could have a walk in closet with an en-suite entrance from the bedroom. Otherwise, it’s a lovely plan. I really like the privacy of the space between the bedrooms.

A little rearranging, the dishwasher by the sink, so you don’t have wet floors. Move the fridge over by getting rid of the window. And if thats storage by the washer and dryer, that bench while great would be in the way of opening that door. A place by the front door for coats….a few tweaks here and there would make it perfect. I’m used to bringing in bags of groceries in the rain, but the buyers could add a cover for that. I love all the windows, nothing worse than a dark space.

I love this plan! I wish there was a separate entrance foyer with a coat closet, but this is so lovely I could overlook that.

Imagine carrying in an arm load of groceries during a rain or snow storm. Not happy. Add a garage or carport outside of the fireplace long enough of a covered walk to the front porch. Turn the cabinet inside the front door into a closet big enough for coats and jackets.

The large porch is well set up for outdoor living. At the entry, is that white cabinet for coats? The oversized decorative fireplace has no chimney, and if it produces heat it will damage the TV quickly. The pantry compensates for the lack of kitchen cabinets. This is a very spacious house for only 2 bedrooms.

Nice floor plan. The dishwasher needs to be moved to next to the sink even if blocks some of views from the sink. Living room and 9:13 dining are quite nice. Laundry area too. Bedroom 1 and 2 will be sharing the bathroom with guests, which I could live with but at 1600 sq ft, I was greatly disappointed having expecting 3 bedrooms.

Other than the front entryway I like the layout. The front entryway does not have enough room for multiple people coming in with wet or snowy coats and boots, etc.. The other thing I’d change is the fireplace. If you’re going to have a fireplace it should be a wood burning one so you can hear the crackle of the wood burning, etc

I designed a C shaped home for Jungkook in Simsfreeplay. Was done modern midwestern. The back porch was in the middle. You had the living room on right front, kitchen on the left. There was small hall to two bedrooms and bathroom.
