I also have the one-way valve you show around 4:50 and mine says 0.35MPa indicating that it is indeed a pressure release valve. This is good for anyone like me who has chosen a beefy water pump and it will provide handy insurance against tank rupture should I misadjust the cut-off pressure. Thanks for your video.
