Really understood what you meant about never really feeling those hunger pains just feeling fatigued. People don’t understand when I say I don’t physically feel hungry I just feel tired, but like you said, I guess that’s just a byproduct of our propensity to stay smaller

Definitely interested in hearing more about the decline bench. I've been putting a 10 pound plate beneath the bench for some time now with good results, specially when combined with a grip between regular and neutral like yours

Here comes the suck! I train in a gym chock full of enhanced bodybuilders but I'm stronger than them in most lifts. Most of them just do pump work. I love staying natural. I advocate it to most beginners that come up to me.

Where do you feel those single arm diagonal side raises most? Just medial delts! Or front and rear delts too? I love doing these

I’m curious about challenging medial delts in the stretched position. In your dumbbell lateral raise tutorial, you explained that the prime mover during the bottom of the concentric is really the rotator cuff rather than the deltoid. Is that not the case in the stretched posiiton of the Y-raise too?
