I like that the bathrooms have doors that separate them from the closets, as well as an actual yard instead of a few feet of space boxed in by a wall.

This is such a nice property ❤ a simple and clean layout, high ceilings, decent size balconies facing both the front and back of the house, and the best of all, an actual backyard and lots of garden space. Another great listing, presello team!

Ang babaguhin ko lang dito e siguro ipapamodify ko yung main energy source at tatadtarin ko na ng solar panels ang bubong at back-up na lang yung connection sa grid. Saka di ata pinakita kung me "abang"(?) ba or provision sa service area para sa washing machines. Otherwise, perfect sya. Na maximize nya yung space at sa wakas, may pinto na rin na naghihiwalay sa WIC at t&b🥳 Yun ang pinaka kinaiinisan ko sa mga bagong bahay ngayon. Dun pa lang, panalo na yung bahay na to. Yung service kitchen spacious din, di na kulob ang feeling at kahit yun ang gamiting main kitchen pwede. Need ata ng erratum na 5 bedrooms to, hindi 4😅 Not unless kung yung bibili e talagang desididong gawing den yung isa pero sayang kase me t&b na rin lang.

Nice, spacious house, but, Presello still refuses to show staff accommodation. Also, that was a 2 car 'carport' (undercover) and 2 cars in the driveway.
