Imagine not being able to correctly say the name of one's own President! The utterer must have had a speech impediment... or something. But President Biden, being a grown man with a sense of humor and a willingness to make fun of himself in order to get a point across, co-opted the meme and made a joke about it. Then an artist did a rendition of Dark Brandon that became the predominant meme, and the radical reactionary meme died in it's back-seat birthing place. Personally, I love the way that he uses Dark Brandon.
