Carter might have been a virgin but that changed after cthey got married and he was in the Navy and Rosslyn had to keep an eye on him. I was told that by a Democrat and I don't think that they lied.

being a virgin until marriage isn't Biblical, in fact, someone becomes your husband or a wife exactly upon consummation, because it is then when you enter into a blood covenant. this however does not apply to fornication and adultery.
