It's a way of denying the truth of something and blaming their memory for it. Problem is, that tactic isn't effective for someone trying to argue that they don't have dementia. If you watch him look off into the distance to recollect, you can tell he is actually lying about that answer. You can almost see him calculate what kind of questions that would bring up if he said he watched it. The easy way out is to say he doesn't think so. But he only digs himself a deeper hole. He had to have watched it afterwards.

On Biden's first day he shut down the Keystone pipeline and has since depleted our strategic reserves and destroyed the Nordstream pipeline, not to mention the implementation of anti fossil fuel regulations. Biden started this path to inflation and now he is flooding the border with people to take our jobs and over run our schools and hospitals, while they drive up crime, drug use and human trafficking. That’s sometimes the unfortunate thing with people who have declining mental health like dementia, other’s around them want to believe that their loved one is going to beat the incurable illness and just lets them go on with their normal routine until something serious happens and decisions have to be made.
