OK cowboys no way would that same cop have drawn a gun on anyone else. She was never a physical threat. Obnoxious and unhinged YES. But at most this is a citation--- which she got. The more this gets reported, the more I think the police chief should be have some consequences as well. She used her position to ask for special treatment- which is wrong in its own right - but just because she asked, doesn’t mean he should have given it. In fact, he should have added it to the list of her offenses. She needs to be fired and disciplined, but so does the chief.

@@scottodonnell7121 Understood! There is more to a complete and comprehensive investigation than just viewing the video. Remember, there are multiple concurrent investigations taking place. Investigators will need to interview each person involved in this. This includes The police chief, lieutenant, sergeant, each assisting officer who responded to the scene, the initial officer, and the district attorney. Before interviewing people they probably will need to subpoena, acquire, and review a ton of physical evidence. Examples could include: Business and personal cell phone data from all parties involved. This includes call logs, voicemail, text messaging, emails and GPS location data. Police voice radio communications, digital communications from police mobile computers, police vehicle data - including GPS data,, data from police speed detection equipment used, all police camera videos, etc. Then there is a canvass of the route, looking for additional video evidence from security camera systems, etc. There may be other items not listed here. Once the evidence is compiled and reviewed, and the interviews conducted, all information is analyzed for determinations/recommendations. Then there is the reporting (documentation). There will be many reports created, which will eventually lead to a final report. Then the report (from the Commission) needs to be sent to the Governor for her review and actions. This will take time to do everything right.

👌👏👍 How awfully strange what power does to people. Sometimes it appears all are vulnerable to power-lust & here evinced it's hypocrisy is appalling. Could seem almost as if no one is immune to powers seductive affluence, literally just takes them over. Likely many of those in the legal system start out bright-eyed with wonder gonna change the world, going to do something spectacular in make a difference, then in time recede....diminish & get changed within themselves for the worse. Takes a very strong person character wise to handle power which is all consuming. Pride enters in & arrogance follows with vain conceit attached. Before anyone knows it, they've become worse in the sense of personal perception than the criminals they are prosecuting. I say this because these officials lose self-awareness, do not perceive their own intentions any longer., nor know what direction they are proceeding going downhill inset integrity. Oftentimes there are many factors... experiences frequently involved why people commit crimes, but the lines are drawn in the sand between right & wrong & it's known the difference irregardless the actions. These vainly aspiring a majesty go farther into delusions of grandeur, purposely erasing those lines & feeling they are above the Law...the very same Law they have sworn by oath to uphold & that means themselves alongside everyone else the same. Magistrates are not above the Law & if they were to be held above, without question it would certainly amount to the collapse of the judiciary system.

Anybody going to court should *file a motion to have her removed* from their case *citing bias* because *she can’t be trusted by the public to fairly prosecute anybody as she has portrayed negligence to the rule of law.* She’s been pushing her weight around for decades and got so comfortable that she intentionally ignored multiple body worn cameras around several police officers literally dismissing their presence by choosing to speak to the police chief instead and instructing him on what to do as she was intentionally breaking the law.

She hasn't resigned because the fix is in. There all hoping it blows over. It won't its on Tic Toc lol. Her boss is dumber and more incompetent than she is by letting her stay the heat in incredible. Every new Station within 500 miles radius is running it. Here's is the definitive question: How is she supposed to prosecute someone who did her exact crime? The Defense attorney when he stops laughing at you is going to embarrass the hell out of your dept when he responds. Fire her arrest her and prosecute her for Flee & Elude its a 1st Degree Felony. Its the only way your dept will survive this. She destroyed her career don't let her destroy your Dept.

... Why isn't any of this a crime? Equal protection under the law is the standard, no? .. The constitutional one? Why don't we have a case for discrimination? Police have immunity. The children of diplomats have immunity. Is everyone in gov't immune to prosecution? What is going on, here? I'm confused and angry. How much are these people getting paid to NOT enforce the law? Where's my money? I don't pay for nothing. Come up out those shoes.

Imagine, your sergeant, "It's your call, your stop". Coward! The duty officer most probably agreed, had a private chat with her and nothing to the officer, Coward! Then a police officer has to go through what is happening, thinking both "leaders" fobbed him off with no word of if you do arrest her, we will back you. Hardly a good example of leadership or is they are too scared themselves to get involved cos it's the DA? Why a black car and a tag plate he has to check, so that if it comes up with her name, he gets warned off?
