The stick of Judah (The Holy Bible) and the stick of Joseph (The Book of Mormon) was spoken by the prophet Ezekiel. The prophet Isaiah also spoke of a book that will come to light in the last days. I am greatful for the teachings and testimony of our living prophet, President Russell M. Nelson.

Over 19 chapters of the king James bible of Isaiah are copied into the book of mormon Mr Nelson is not a living prophet, he is a profitter.

@@thomaspearson1919not copied. Go look and compare, they're close but not the same. There's a reason for that much, and that particular part of Isaiah. Christ later said to study the words of Isaiah, that they are among the greatest. Ancient America and other lands were visited by the risen Christ. Why wouldn't or couldn't Jesus Christ visit others especially if all people are to hear the message of redemption? It's logical, and it's all absolutely true. More and more are seeing it, and it's only going to grow, because it's good and true. Even without the Isaiah chapters, which were already written and studied by Lehi, Nephi and all of the book of Mormon prophets. God IS ABLE to do anything. Why would you place limitations on Almighty God? I read the book of Mormon right after I read the New Testament and they're completely harmonious. Listen to this man, President Nelson. Listen anew, like a teachable child. God bless you!

I humbly agree. The testimonies of all the prophets throughout the dispensations all combine thru Faith and Prayer into a undeniable testimony of the Father, the Son and the Spirit. I don't deserve to have loved thru all that I have. I truly v struggle to find any combination of words that could complete the gratitude it my heart feels today. I am joyous and crying at this time. We are all children of Our Father and His Son, Our Savior. I'll take up too much space & I tried like ever to get some sleep. The exhaustion I'll get over. It's the regret of not proclaiming the Truth that would haunt me. I love you all, let's share that love, please. Please, I pray.

Mormon president Gordon B. Hinckley quote. He said - they say we do not believe in the traditions of Christianity, they are right what they say call ourselves christians, to confuse the public we do not the apostles that Jesus Christ had selected himself, and taught the gospel. Matthew 24-24. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders. insomuch that, if it was possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Over 19 chapters in the book of king James bible of Isaiah are copied into the book of Mormon. Mormons contradict themselves. Mockery before God. If the book of Mormon is so important, why do we ignore the parts that contradict current church practises ? for example, Moroni 8-22-23 which say that the baptisms for the dead are a mockery before God. ?

Well a reinstatement is the best way to put it. Just like Jesus says, "sin no more" twice in the, "Gospel of John". How there is more than one prophet to call for repentance, teaching, ect. Don't be fooled by the adversary, do your own research, let the Spirit edify you, don't be lazy, be strong. Be blessed. This is a good day, just like tomorrow will be. Thanks Thomas, take care.

@@TheWordsofChrist I think the Book of Mormon is like a supplement to the Old Testament. The Book of Mormon has a lot of good teachings. If I assume it a novel, it is a good novel. I would rather read the Book of Mormon than Harry Porter. If I am asked to believe everything mentioned in the Book of Mormon, I am still skeptical about Missouri which will be the New Jerusalem. In the Bible, it is mentioned that Christ would come back to Jerusalem in His Second Coming and not America. No matter what the situation maybe, true and untrue, I will not deny the LDS who are very good people. I think their hearts are towards good works to please Christ and Jehovah God.

@@TheWordsofChristThe Book of Mormon contradicts the Bible. Joseph Smith is a con man and he did a really good job, now many people are blinded from the truth. You can never convince me, because Heavenly Father; our creator, showed me the truth. What you speak is not true, a false prophet.

@@GODISMYSTERIOUSThere are wonderful Mormons and I wish that they could see the truth and come out from under the veil that is meant to stop them. They don’t realize and many choose not to realize that Joseph Smith copied things (rituals) and twisted the words of the Bible to put in his book, then telling the people not to trust the Bible.
