Successful Companies just don't decide within two days to collaborate and spend billions with each other. They do feasibility studies, make business cases, whether such a venture is financially viable or not, etc for months and months before they all commit. Each of the involved companies have tons of reports and correspondence among their own people who have been working on these business cases. Ai only happened during Biden's time, so the next Ai phase is companies getting together to advance this AI technology I would know, since I worked in a senior position in Infotech for more than 30 years
