Good morning Tanny- So glad I saw this recipe for chicken legs in the Instant Pot. I bought a 6 qt Instant Pot with all the accessories and cook books, BUT we got so busy on the farm this year, that I put it on the shelf for later. You have reminded me to break it out and get going! Please feature more home cooking ideas for the IP. I have all your ingredients except the liquid smoke. Question- I soak my raw chicken in lemon juice. Is that the same as using white vinegar? I love to pair chicken with lemon and wish someone would publish a cookbook, maybe called ALL THINGS 🍋 LEMON. If you have an email address, I can send you photos of our farm and my kitchen. Half the kitchen is vintage 1930 and the other half is my attempt to be modern. ~ Diane

Hey Friend! Yes, using lemon or lime is a great alternative to using white vinegar. I use which ever one I have on hand when I clean my meat. I would LOVE to see pictures of your farm and especially your kitchen which I am sure is beautiful. My email is [e-mail]
