Born and raised in the south and out in the country, beans are our staple. Now living in the city you cant take the beans out of the girl 😁 We just had a pot of "white beans" with cornbread and fried taters and ham was the seasoning for the beans. 😊

I made some chicken bone broth from the bones of a few roasted chickens I picked up from the store. I definitely like the simplicity of how it all comes together.

I love drinking broth. Ham, chicken, turkey and onion. I'm going to try deer bone broth this weekend. Great video.

Enjoyed your video and techniques. Ham/bean soup is my favorite. I use garlic onion. I switch the beans up. Sometimes I'll use 15 bean soup. I use great northerns. Those are probably my favorite. I'll use navy beans and also use the big white lime a bean. Those are playing my second favorithey. Were they kind of break down and create a gravy in the soup and salt and pepper And at the very end. I throw some real butter in there to cream It up, delicious the delicious food of the gods

Good video. Can you recommend temp and time to steam crisp medium thick unbreaded boneless pork chops? I can't seem to find anything helpful as a starting point. Thanks. I always look forward to your videos. That was a pricey ham 😺

John I missed what the yellow liquid was that you added to remove the meat from the bone
