Awesome that you took the recommendation to come through to PTA. There's an area called Menlyn Maine, it's up market and super clean similar vibe to Rosebank. When you're at Menlyn Maine go to the roof top of 'The Capital Trilogy' for some awesome views.

Pirara❤️ Legislative capital is Cape Town. Pitori is head of the Executive & diplomatic missions. Administration used to be centralised to Pretoria, nowadays there are some satellite offices in each region, so there is no longer a need to trek to Pretoria. You were actually very close to our Central Bank. The statue at Church Square is of Paul Kruger. He was a president of the Transvaal from 1883-1900 (South Africa used to have four colonies: The Cape, Natal, Orange Free State, and Transvaal.) A hero to the Afrikaner, a tyrant to the Africans.

They should have moved that monument to the Voortrekker monument, not too far from there that celebrate the battle of blood river. The torrents of African blood that dyed that river red, demands that monument to be moved from Church square.

@@lifestylepretoria9181 Your lying, 1stly, VD Walt Street has always been dirty! ALWAYS! However most of the mess in PTA is a result of sabotage by ANC/EFF. What they do when they loose power is employ thugs to trash the city, vandalise and loot, then they say "look what happens when you dont allow us to rule, the racists neglect your living spaces: Secondly, bylaws are inforced now more than ever. Taxis at Menlyn are impounded for parking illegally. The taxi rank at Menyln has been cleaned up, hawkers have been removed. The two power stations which have been neglected under ANC rule are being jump started again. The city has received green audits for the first time in years. More than 20 people died in PTA North because some idiot called Edwin Saudi a black man from ANC stole all the money meant for water purification plants, bastard is living the life in Joburg driving luxury cars smashing IG baddies. The city is trying to hold him accountable and reverse the damage his corruption has done to the water supply in PTA North (Hammanskraal). If its true ANC is such a good party look at Joburg and Durban central. Its literally a filthy pig sty heaps of trash dumped by waste trucks cos Ramokgopa's gang are corrupt they stole the money for the waste removal contracts. ANC/EFF are, leftist woke parties whose entire existense is based on reminding people of Apartheid. Literally a few days ago, the ANC used the same lies to file a motion of no confidence in the mayor, but retracted it cos they couldnt prove the city got worse under leadership of a white man. Yes Preotia is not the cleanest but it is faar better than Joburg and Durban and safer too! Cape Town is the cleanest but guess what colour is the mayor? Matter fact PTA is actually less dangerous than Cape Town! The ANC/EFF have lost significant power after the elections, most South Africans wanna work together for a better future but those two parties just wanna steal everything, always going to the past and tell us to be greatful for Black leadership.. PS: I voted for Gayton McKenzie and Action SA

Lol, that is the Paul Kruger statue i told u about earlier in the other video. Used to be mad hip hop cyphers back in the 2000s at that spot. They built a fence around it cos EFF wanted to vandalise it during the Rhodes Must Fall protests by the wokies. BTW, Pretoria actually comes from the Roman guard called Praetorians...Thats why some neighbourhoods in the city are called Arcadia/Centurion, those were names of elite Roman warriors. That explains the Romanesque architecture you noticed... Ja bro, respect for walking right into the worst parts of the city..I stay in the eastern suburbs and rarely venture where u went to unless i absolutely have too. That last huge building where u ended the video is actually the city parliament, one of the reasons why parts of the city are trashed is cos of decisions made by certain idiots in that building. Hint, you saw their posters... I just noticed the disturbing amount of abortion posters in your video, you only see those in areas with Black women...Gives u an idea of how cheaply they value life and their bodies...That is a red pill you can consider popping... Holla at me, we run a tented camp in the Mpumlanga mountains, pristine land, rivers, wildlife. Far away from the grime and urban rot of the big cities....Rarely get Black tourists, cos black people dont hike...U sound like an outdoors kinda rasta, if you are interested, comment and I will email you details of our off grid paradise

As for Capitals: Cape Town is the *LEGISLATIVE* capital. (Parliament) Pretoria is the *EXECUTIVE* capital. (President, gov department HQs, embassies, etc) Bloemfontein & Johannesburg are the *Judicial* co-capitals ( Supreme Court of Appeals & Constitutional Court, respectively.) 5:03 On the other side of the square with the statue is the Palace of Justice, where Nelson Mandela was tried and sentenced to life in prison in 1963.
