Thanks for this! I got a panic attack today when I was driving in a hot car. This has never happened to me before it’s all new to me and it’s really frustrating

I have been suffering with heat internal And external as have many women since menopause and now even when it reaches 75/23 temps I begin to feel lightheaded and dizzy I also suffer with vestibular migraine so it all doesn’t help and makes my system super sensitive to external air pressure, heat, noise and light - happy days!! I do Qi Gong exercises which have helped enormously and this is one of them and it really helps to ground me also thinking of my feet and roots growing down from them and telling myself I’m safe! But recently I’ve instinctively put my hand on top of my head when out in the sun especially if I don’t have a hat and feeling panicky or too hot and it has helped. Thank you Prune you are indeed an healing Angel on Earth. 🙏⭐️💖

This is exactly how I feel, Prune my love! This is what my energy is doing. But it's not the season, I'm pretty good with aligning to seasonal energies. I met someone, had a bit of a crush, and now my electrics are FRIED. I just can't ground. And it's not even like I'M madly in love...I wonder if I'm picking up on his energy...hope not, poor guy! Thank you for the exercise though, I guess I know what I'll be doing all day... xx I love you Prune

You do such a great job Prune! I am also an energy healer/reiki practitioner but I wish I could have been an Eden energy medicine specialist (I LOVE Donna. I also have Multiple Sclerosis and Fibromyalgia). Your videos are WONDERFUL!

That's so interesting about anxiety increasing during the summer months. It's a topic that needs to get discussed more. After overcoming anxiety disorder, I've learned that there are lots of ways that we can really help keep ourselves feeling mentally strong and calm.

Accepting that anxiety is necessary for survival so you aren’t failing when your body triggers it unnecessarily. Energy work, vitamins and counseling have helped me quite a bit.

Hi Prune, I have childhood trauma and get startled easily. I've done EFT and other energy nealin for my trauma but at timeswhen I'm tired, stressed , hungry --- i still startled easily then i get very angry. Do you have ay suggestionas / exersise for me? Thanks so much. Rose 🌹

Any advice for someone who just realized this is what's been happening...they were fighting this rising... Ignorant to energetics... Now I'm grown, with newly discovered cptsd and bad energy habits...been on the basic daily routine since beginning of this year but now my system is struggling w that rise and stability. Side note, live in Texas US... & summer kicks me hard.

When you say breathe 3 times does it make a difference whether you breathe in and out through your nose....or is it in through the nose and out through your mouth. .
