What’s the tipping point for you in staying with a premium live TV streaming service?

I have an antenna for locals, and peacock for some exclusive college football, and a couple other on demand. No live stuff. Had one live, but found the three "on demand" came to about the same cost for the one live (philo).

Many predicted that eventually streaming would cost as much as cable, and they're real close.

Yep, it's hard to argue against that especially when you look at the premium live services. Hulu, Fubo, and DTV STREAM all like to do annual, or semi-annual price hikes often with zero value added. If you can break that hold of a premium live streamer is, generally, when you can really reap some savings still.

I’m still happy with my antenna and Netflix and then I start and stop everything else or even use different emails to get deals around Black Friday

The thing about streaming your favorite content is that all you pay for is access to their content, meaning you don't own any of the content that you consume... So you would be better off owning your favorite movie or TV show on physical media (DVD/Blu-Ray).

You're not wrong there. Why pay for an ad-supported plan when you're happy with a FAST offering, especially with the likes of Roku adding some sports.

@@FrugalRules yeah. The free NFL channel on Roku is nice on Sundays with their scoreboard and highlights of all the games. CBS does something similar with their free channel on Sundays but has people there talking about the game. The other sports networks can learn a thing or 2 from that
