Land Rover delivers the Defender 130 for those of you who want a Defender with the extra room for the 3rd row or cargo area. It's bigger, but not by a ton which helps it maintain its off road prowess. Still, the 3rd row allows bigger passengers and more space behind that row. Even with the extra length, the 2023 Defender still offers the luxury features in addition to the off road capability you'd expect.

Land Rover is a shadow of it’s historic self. This vehicle certainly looks cool, but if it’s like any of the recent offerings from LR, it will be an expensive money pit of repairs.

I love the design and the interior of the Defender but as you mentioned-their damn unreliability scares me away from being a first time purchaser. Land Rover is a crime of passion; they look great, sound great… but I’ll see you in the service line Monday morning.
