Wow, that's intense!! An injured leg and 32 km to go. That's still an honest hike remaining at that point! I love sushi, but my body would've been craving fat, salt, and protein so much - sushi wouldn't have been my first choice : ) May I ask why you chose to start in the evening? The cooler temperatures? Just for added epicness? haha Anyways, this was fascinating to watch!
