How come these men can work for mncore inside prison, but out side of prison you will not give them a job? This video make me angry. The system is broken. 💔 let's fix the system and let felons get jobs.

ok, Fact!!!!!!! Many folks never had loving homes, loving parents, and bad infuences and lack of education and only one parent . Many were with out money and had bad luck finding work (BUT) but! did not choose to rape or kill or steel or hurt others! Why might that be? Why do certain folks make bad choices and others make good choices? Stop playing the blame and (Im the victim) game and owne up to your choises that you YOU desided to make.

Very well put. The way Correctional residents can turn it around is to find skills & volunteer & give back in whatever way they can to the victims & community. Poverty or a broken family DOESN'T make you a criminal. That's an accountable individual CHOICE.
