96 months???!!!! Are you serious?? There is s serious issue with this judicial system of this government! I'm sorry! Why are we not talking about this?? Why are you not holding accountable these judges, prosecutors, and other judicial stakeholders? Why are we the American People allowing judges to sentence a person based on emotions and feelings??????

You had the bad fortune of getting a judge who believes marijuana and heroin are the same! Not surprised at all since that judge was in Georgia, a pretty backwater state! Such a shame and it makes me wonder how many other good people that judge sent away for many years over marijuana convictions...

That’s ridiculous they require him to go in for reporting considering gas is expensive and he could report virtually or via phone. 🙄

Hi, can you get off home confinement early?

I have been home since September 27, 2022, on the CARES act. I did 5 months of RDAP, and opted to go home on the CARES act. I checked my computation today and my FSAs have been taken away. Is there something I can do?

How do I get good time credit being on home confinement going on 30 months 1 year left trying to get off early please help

Im at DRC in Sacramento also! It is an interesting experience indeed. I just started on the 28th of July
