He has helped me with my own BPD and I can’t thank him enough x although it was only private treatments that helped me to over come this and realise I have adult ADHD and autism.

@@dr.beckyspelmanthis is just a comment, there are so many channels that have such negative things to say about Pwbpd can't get better. Just saw someone I have respected for yrs stating they won't even consider coaching a Pwbpd. There wasn't even a caveat that with DPT, etc, Pwbpd can be very hard working clients. It made me sad. Thanks.

So open and honest. He talked about some really intense hard stuff and that takes strength and growth. Very inspiring. I hope more men with bpd get the correct help they need.

"I'm happy to be alive." Simple, yet lovely words to resonate with.

I count myself among the people, who were inspired and moved and relieved from hearing what he shared in this video. Thought, I do believe that men should be capable of stoicism when it is needed, I also believe that men need a time where safe vulnerability can be express. Men and women both, received healing from the experience of being heard and understood.

I question about burn out as a person ages? Maybe it's asking for help that makes the difference? Still lots of stigma in our world.
