love the dollop of jam at the bottom idea...its' Sept/21....and the pandemic isn't over...so maybe we all need more butter tarts :D

Tried it today and it was delicious ! So easy and quick. Recommend not substituting brown sugar with white sugar. The recipe is perfect and the jam at the bottom is an amazing added touch!
