Amazing images. My favourite is No. 2. The intensity of the stare from the lioness is crazy.

All cracking stuffs Andy. The lioness is my fav. You are saying you were using 8-25mm lens so they were pretty much in your face :-). Cheers to another great year 2025.

Wow, great pics, stories and of course, YOU! You make it so much fun to learn Andy. By the way, the lion pic also had a great tail. I loved the tail between her legs. Great shot! And the evening light on old storm clouds. Classic wet season.

Happy New Year Andy. Stunning photos. Your enthusiasm is so infectious. I recently came back from India photographing tigers and I would kill to have got that shot of the two tigers fighting. Awesome. Cheers Z

Wow thanks so much I love doing them and will do a tutorial on them soon!

@ I’ll look forward to that. I shot a Stonechat back in the summer on a bramble, the side/rear lighting accentuated the thorns on the bramble making them slightly translucent. It’s my favourite shot of 24.

Hi Andy. This was also wonderful to watch in the 4K version. Your photos looked incredible! By the way, have you been shooting much video with the A1? How does it compare with the OM-1 Mark ii? - Mick
@Wildmanrouse2 күн бұрын
Hey Mick have started with video so will let you know. I don't compare cameras as it's not really me, I'm just letting my pictures do the talking these days.

Hello Andy, these are really awesome photos. With exception of image 4 and 6 all of them had been shooten far away from the UK. Is there no chance to shoot more than 2 awesome images per year in the UK? Greetings from Germany from Bernd
@WildmanrouseКүн бұрын
Seems a negative post and not sure what you would mean by it living in Germany? Just another excuse to bash someone I guess? Obviously I have a lot of UK images this year but the top 10 were MY favourites. The clue is in the title!!!
@BerndLaukotterКүн бұрын
@@Wildmanrouse It was not my intention to bash the video. My general feedback has been "really awesome photos". I noticed that most of your favorite images had been taken after travelling 1000 of miles. Is there no chance to take good photos near your home or in the UK? I will post the identic feedback if a german photographer shows many images from africa but not from hise surroundings.
@WildmanrouseКүн бұрын
@ as I said Berns I have taken many excellent photos at home but the ones I showed are my favourites. I don't worry about where they taken, to me it's the image that counts. In my 25 to 10 countdown for my members there were many UK images. In my Sony A1 MkII review there were only UK images. So it's a little unfair to say this about me without watching other of my videos!
@melwest31822 күн бұрын
Lovely but what was the reason that you change to Sony?

Explained in earlier videos and I don't regret it one bit
