The problem is the noodles, the recipe was built for speed and efficiency, but if you removed the oil's high level, and pushed it down to a more conservative level, you would have had a tighter dough, that on three passes on a dough press, would have yielded much more desirable results. Instead of a pile of wheat, you'd get curls, fluffier coils of carbohyrdatic joy! The sauce is standard.
