Ever wondered how the pro's train on camp? Follow along on our 6 week camp at Club La Santa Lanzarote to see what we get up to!
We'll be sharing some insight into the weekly session regime, how to stay motivated on camp, keeping up with nutrition, and triathlon travel hacks, as well as everything you need to know about triathlon training at Club La Santa!
Jumping straight from the 1500m olympic trails onto a plane the next morning, Lucy already had a great base of swim strength in the bank. This camp was all about maintaining that swim while building up the bike and run ready to dive feet first into race season!

Would it be ok to ask you how you calculate your carb and protein requirements based on your training? Really struggling with this and find there are several different ways of calculating it depending on where you look and don’t know which to go with and end up under fuelling I think. Not sure though! Btw your back is just amazing! You’re an inspiration in so many ways but your mix of positive attitude and humility is so refreshing. Good luck with the rest of 2021. :)

Great video I've been to Club La Santa once 5 years ago at the start of my triathlon journey and although not made it back it was brilliant. I vote natural with the hair although you would look cool calm and collected even with green hair!
