while I bet it's really good, it makes me sad to point out that that is the only drink that is not actually a cocktail here. A cocktail is defined as a drink that has more than one ingredient..in the drink itself. His is a mezcal, on the rocks, with training wheels, basically. It's a very well made old fashioned, almost spot on for the traditional recipe. The only tiny thing I would say is that a tiny splash of water or club soda, put in right after muddling the sugar, and stirred with the muddler to help dissolve the sugar before adding the whiskey. It really helps the texture and flavor. Simple syrup can also be used.

She is not compensated like her other white co-workers for video appearences, and POC in BA are paid less than white workers there. Her white co-workers are supporting her message. There is definitely systematic racism at play here.
