Dougs most recent dnd streams have been real good. He wrote code to make three instances of chat gpt talk to each other simultaneously, and had each instance play a character that chat designed, with rules more similar to that of the first dnd stream with actual hp and items and abilities that do things with some limits, though he didnt always adhere strictly to those limits.

The lore of Doug states his Chair is the main streamer, whenever Doug is in frame he is the nerd friend and chat is the protagonist. The time staff was always the name the player was just confused on the spice pun. 7:30 per your comments on Doug and his over reliance on chat, i feel like that's most of his content tbh, or at least it comes off that way. Like i love his content, but there's a reason one of the memes of the channel is that chat is the main character (along with Doug's friend Parkzer, but he's not in the video so). I will say, Doug seems to try and have ideas for chat (and sometimes ChatGPT) to go off of, so he'll do the foundations and let his chat work with it how they want to (which sometimes goes against how he wants it to lol)

Using Spheres of Power, you can play literally any creature you can imagine, scaled down by character level, with just one feat (which, incidentally, is gotten for free as a human, without a bunch of racial traits muddying the waters). And you can have a freely defined familiar with the Conjuration sphere. So yes, your friend could have played a bear with a human companion. To be honest, the guy sounds like he was just wanting to do "LoL sO rAnDoM." But still, easily done.

You claimed that Doug "does not follow any of your DnD recommendations". But the question is, are you sure that Doug have watched your previous video and saw your recommendations beforehand? Because if he actually never see your video, and he never heard about your recommendations, it won't be fair to accuse him to not follow your recommendations. How can you charge someone for not doing what you want, when that person himself is unaware about what you want? But then again, I believe the 2nd DnD is considered as "special case" as this time, he intentionally makes the game to be made by twitch chat on the spot.
