Is this your normal day of eating or is it more of a bulking type daily eating? I just wondered because you mentioned your run but is it a bulking thing too? Just curious🙂

Great questions! This is a maintenance diet for me but it is a lot of food. Bearing in mind that I am running and lifting at roughly 150 lbs and just under 5'8.'' Though I am not tracking, my maintenance calorie needs are around 2700. That is probably notably higher than many others need! While I hope showing the foods I incorporate into my diet will be helpful for people, please never base your caloric needs off mine!

Thank you!! I can't speak to Ancestral Supplements colostrum because I have never used it, but I can say that ARMRA is the most bioavailable on the market. They use a cold-chain biopotent pasteurization technique to preserve the integrity of the nutrients, and isolate the colostrum from other components so it is super concentrated.
