What Black Bart said about the end result in the fights between the rockers resonates with what a few people ( the Bulldogs, The Killer Bees, Tito Santana, Marty Jannetty) have said over the years: Jannetty would beat Shawn every time they would lock horns. When asked about how many Marines Shawn fought when he lost his smile and wallet, Jannetty laughed and said "brother, I love Shawn, but that boy can't fight his way out of a kindergarten."

Youre forgetting about one huge thing. The dope pill addiction turned him into a mindless selfish mood-swinging asshole. It didnt get real bad until by earliest '96ish...Even Bret says they were friends before shawn started having the back issues which led to the drugs. In the late 80s early 90s they had massive respect for each other as the best of the new generation which is about athleticism and great matches now instead of hogan and his skyscraper foils. They were cohesively at the head of the movement that changed pro wrestling after steroids fucked shit up. And they both were acknowledging of each other.. Until the pain killers.

HBK was a real jerk but if you think about it, could any of these guys saying all these things about him, able to carry the WWF that time against WCW? Their problem was they were old school, not willing toove forward. The click lead the revolution to what wrestling is today. Hall and Nash with NWO, HBK and HHH with DX. Sean Waltman in between.
@yellowrubberducky813 жыл бұрын
@@davidtokash4701 It's not *everyone* Shawn worked with. It was other wrestlers who were also, to some degree, assholes as well. Bret has admitted that obviously Shawn's huge drug problem back then put him in a bad place. He clearly knew about it because Bret talked about it in the Calgary Sun before Montreal and he really ripped into Shawn personally. They were literal rivals for the top spot so it's easy to see how that got out of hand. But then look at someone like Mick Foley. He came from another company, he worked with Shawn. Tell me the bad stories you hear from Mick about working with Shawn and this was in his prime 1996 dickish phase. There aren't any because Mick Foley is a decent and nice human being. When he wrestled Shawn on houseshows and he knew Shawn had a bad back he told him he wasn't going to let him take any bumps. How many guys would have done that? People get back what they put into the world and I think that Shawn was absolutely a dick, but the people to this day carrying around a grudge because they didn't make it big in the WWE and want to blame that on Shawn Michaels are people who wouldn't have made it even if Shawn wasn't there.

So I came home after a hard days work and I went upstairs and I found my wife naked in bed with Shawn Michaels. He jumped up and said I can explain I said no need. I walked back downstairs I knew my marriage was over he came down and put his arm around me and said, "listen man, I...look I..." He had a guilty look on his face and said to me in a soft tone "man look I....I'm just a sexy boy, ok? But I'm not a boy toy. I'm a sexy boy. And I'm definitely not HER boy toy. Listen man she thinks I'm hot, she knows I'm sexy, her knees got weak when I was around. She saw me walk. She heard me talk. And next thing you know I made her feel like she was on cloud 9." * How can you not love Hawk? lol * Sherri was always a hottie. Miss her so much. * I could listen to Smothers talk all day * I love Sunny, always have, but she has a way of rounding stories around herself a bit much. Everything is 'Me' with her. I DO believe she is always truthful though. * Vader says he won't mention who and by the end he's saying his name twice in every sentence. * Bam Bam Bigelow was legit. There was no flies on him.

THE HAMMER Valentine is always great. It didn't matter if it was tag team or single matches this man could take the punishment to make someone look good on the push but he could make you pay if you it was his turn to be on top. Wish he would have gotten more title shots.

Sunny's story doesn't add up! How is it that he dumped you then met his wife a month later?🤔 When in fact Shawn married his wife in 1999 after six weeks of dating. He was retired from active wrestling during this time and she was no longer in the company. Sounds to me like may be unlined bitter for never staying with Shawn!

Sunny has said this before and her timeline doesn’t make sense Shawn gets hurt in late 95 but she’s qlique chick booking 5 rooms which Kevin, Scott and Sean leave but which is possible for a short time but claims the relationship lasts 9 months and he meets Rebecca 2 weeks after the breakup but he doesn’t meet Rebecca until 1999 when Shawn was gone most of 98. Not doubting they had a relationship but her timeline doesn’t make sense.
@josephgrace59553 жыл бұрын
Her timeline changes according to how much importance she is putting on herself in the story she is telling. If you notice, every guy Sunny sleeps with she then claims to be the most important person in their life. And her timeline flip flops to fit the narrative

Then there are the classics against the now equally late and great Miss Candi Divine for The AWA a few years later. Why is it hard to believe anything Sunny says?
@lastfewtokes4 жыл бұрын
*17:02* Sunny says Shawn met his wife Rebecca a month after they broke up which is way off. Shawn and Sunny were 1997. Shawn retired in 1998 and didn’t know of Rebecca until he was watching an episode of Nitro and saw her as a Nitro girl in 1998-99 so it wasn’t one month after they broke up that Shawn found his wife like she acts.
@magsxx97354 жыл бұрын

A little off topic but at a comic convention in '02 or '03 I ran into these two wrestler in the bathroom removing their make-up. I had no clue who they and thought the were just some local guys, especially since they were as nice as hell but it we talked for quite a while before I told them I had to get to my table. It wasn't until a few ago I realized it was Demolition (Ax & Smash) when I saw them with their make up off. lol Kinda glad I didn't recognize them or it would have been me fanboying out.

Bourg Productions Bret Hart himself has always said they were friends up until WrestleMania 12 when Bret Hart wanted to “work the boys into thinking there was genuine heat” and then their friendship disintegrated and their relationship became toxic in late 1996 onwards, most say though that Shawn and Bret started having problems in 1995 once ‘The Clique’ had their perceived backstage power.
