So basically women have til 30 to get married and have kids to prove that they have some kind of value??? And if they do get a divorce in their 30s and they have children, they don't have a chance getting back into the dating scene cause they have a kid(s) and they're too old?? It seems as if you feel women are jus throw aways and don't stand a chance unless they're a young Halle Barry or Dorothy Dandridge Dandridge... tragic 🤔🤷🏾♀️

@@TotiaunahRanzy its not that they are throw away women, they just cant expect to get High Value Men when they have kids and they dont have the sexual market value that they use to have. Listening to this show, three things struck at me; 1. Kevin really does have the patience of a saint in terms of how he handles female callers who come at him from a combative standpoint. 2. I believe there's a double standard regarding 50 cent. He stated his preference in a woman. People don't have to agree with it but it's HIS preference and he shouldn't be shamed for it. Black women have their preferences in men (6ft plus anyone?), and feel entitled to those preferences - which is their perogative. 3. If black women want to be married and/or have a serious/fufilling relationships they have to be willing to take on [and listen] to the constructive criticisms high value black men have about them i.e. the attitude/weight issue/non-feminity/combative nature. Notice I said "constructive" criticisms NOT bashing.

We black women need to take responsibility of all our actions in everything... Including failed relationships... The work is big but totally achievable. We must stop the blaming game... Blaming parents, blaming teachers, blaming exes, and stop blaming ourselves too. I believe that there is self hate inside our temples. It's costly but when we hire a personal life coach and do the work... Life shifts. It take deep work through digging to the roots... But then we start learning about self love and acceptance and all the good things in life. When we change... The world surrounding us changes. It hurts but this man is right, we had our chances and blew it because our knowledge was limited. I told my 14 years son that he can have any woman that he wants as long as he is happy! The funny thing is if we make us a priority in our lives, actively investing in ourselves, yes put us first even before kids and cats and mamma, we attract higher quality men, effortlessly. I wanna thank u Mr Samuels for bringing awareness to the black woman community about what is really going on. I heard about u from my cousin and she wasn't impressed with the way u express ur opinion. I understand u because I've been married to the same man for 20 yrs and he is definitely very honest and expressive in what he believes in. But I can say that at times the way u talk to certain woman comes across a bit disrespectful but at the same time u give us woman the harsh truth. Thank u and I'm so glad that I'm amongst the group of black woman that is married. No I didn't marry a high value man in the beginning but currently my husband is a man that over the course of time he now makes 6 figures. He has always been a man that would work 2 or 3 jobs to provide for our family and he married me and I already had another man kid then I gave him 3 kids throughout our marriage. I have much respect for strong black men all over the world and in my opinion there's nothing better then a black man. I'm very happy married too my husband after 20 yrs. I feel very sorry for all the single black woman who has to date during these trying times but love is out here. Plus I have to admit that I do keep up with myself meaning I make sure I look good even after having 4 children my body is still looking good, I don't wear lots of makeup and I'm definitely a woman that understand my place in this world. I'm a very feminine woman at all times. I've dated other men with money but what I truly prayed and ask for is just simply a man that will love, respect and cherish me as a woman and no I was never looking for a rich man because I definitely don't make lots of money but I was blessed to have a man that loves me and yes he now makes 6 figures. Not because I wanted him too but because that was his goal and all I did was support and stand behind him. I'm a woman that is 41 yrs of age and I've been wit my husband since I was 21 yrs of age. My out spoken husband help keeps me looking as good as I look because he tells me the truth and yes I definitely listen and trust my husband word.

Hey Kevin, I think Tomika was missing the point that dying alone in this context of data means, 3/4 black women never gain a committed relationship, marriage and the chance to live a life with a loving man. Her view of the data is the soul leaving the body death part without realising many people die in loneliness and misery even before the soul leaves. Maybe if you explained it that way, she would have understood the point you're trying to make. When she hears 3/4 will die alone, she's focused on the dying (end point) as opposed to living alone. Hope that helps :)

For your convo around the 40:00 mark...what resonates with me is that this society (non-traditional, progressive, etc) has all the roles and expectations flipped upside down so that all standards of living and roles are OPPOSITE to what should be the standard for a normal, functional society. This is why our “community” (more accurately, our demographic) is so out of order, and our women are going unmarried, uncovered, vulnerable, and miserable. Our men need to go back to our code, and be leaders once again and put things back in order

What I heard from the 55 year old woman was, I need a retirement plan. Her plan of living her life may have been fun but it didn't pan out. I do not believe that she would be looking for a serious mate like a husband unless she is trying to secure her financial future. Older well paid men end up with younger females because females don't age well. When you're 30+, youth goes. Being active=sexy. This is why females need to understand the value of cooking and cleaning. They're subconscious involuntary physical activities that maintain a woman's femininity and physical fitness. Think about it. God bless.

What's up Godfather? Another great topic! After surviving the struggles that my generation endured through the 70's , 80's and 90's including my own personal triumphs involving life threatening illnesses and the like? As an average man with a high value man mindset who maintains a comfortable middle-classed lifestyle? Surviving the general disdain/disrespect that the average black man gets from the segment of black women who don't value us is nothing more than a minor speed bump on the road for those of us that are moving forward on that nonsense! Keep on speaking it like I think it! The men are listening! Peace...

I'm speculating, there's a definite resentment from Black women towards Black men. Being that a lot of our modern dysfunction traces back to slavery, this lack of reverence could stem from a perception of lack of safety due to the rapes of Black women in those times, and our inability to physically intervene and overcome those racists and slave masters, and many Black men not being with their families due to their forced bondage. So for the last few generations, they've been conditioned that they can't rely on us. Not assigning blame or taking a side, just objective speculation.
@innerpowerup4 жыл бұрын
This doesn't stem from slavery. This is an example of the black tax. I mean the penalty we impose on each other for not being white in a white man's world. Women penalize men for this all the time.
@SpyTrader19884 жыл бұрын
That’s interesting

@@innerpowerup so in your mind, the problem exists strictly in a vacuum of Black women being mad at us for not being White? I'll pass on that one

@Sofia X that's a toxic attitude to have towards Black men and I reject it wholeheartedly. First off, no other race of men live in a country that has spent centuries trying to eradicate them from existence. It would be great if, as nurturers of life, Black women would treat their men with a sense of empathy and compassion. The one thing I'll agree with you on, is we need to stop demonizing women for our shortcomings, take more ownership of our failures and make wiser choices in how we treat ourselves and our women. This gender war in the Black community is disgusting and if we want to overcome our dysfunction, we all need to check our attitudes regardless of what we've been through. Love is our only chance to be great as a community.
@davidestick99364 жыл бұрын
@Sofia X the only thing women need to do is be feminine, as Allah designed you to be. The only thing men need to do is be masculine and take charge of their lives, as He gave us the power to do. All this cross-gender bashing, I'll leave that to you and all the other bitter Black women and men. I've grown out of that. The blame game hasn't helped either gender in the 20 or so years I've been aware of it, if you think it will in the 20 years to come, have fun. If you listen to all of Kevin's content, he goes just as hard at the men. So again, I won't entertain any toxic man or woman bashing. I have no respect for it. Notice I disagree with you, yet I have not called them worthless, or children like you have done men in your two comments. Like Kevin says, you need to either go to therapy or cut off the friends who are bringing this toxic energy to you.
