I got normal size silicone dice and they're great. No need to shake the dice, I just drop it on the table and it's gives me some of the most balanced roll I've ever had (aka mo contants low/high roll)

Put it on top of the fan. Then, when you have a crucial roll that calls for a bit of chaos, tell the person, who is doing the rolling, to turn on the fan, so the die falls down, and that's their roll!
