Georgie, my wife and I are longtime friends of Doug McKenzie and he is so pleased that he has been an influence on you. He forwarded this video and we listen amazed at your talent. Keep up what you are doing, please. We are two old people who grew up with this kind of music. Thank you, Reg and Lorraine.

That was great Georgie - it is hard to believe that you have only been playing for two and a half years. The original was improvised - and it would challenge me to reproduce this again - particularly by reading my not so accurate transcription that you had to play from. Doug

Muy bueno. Me he quedado impresionado del talento de este chico. Veo que el jazz esta dentro de ti. Definitivamente tienes talento. Que tanto interes tendrias en interpretar algun nuevo estilo mixto, jazz mas nacional (andean-jazz?)

You have great talent. Thanks to send me a message on KZbin, it is worthed to listen. You have very good band to treat you very well. Small note: On the sound-mix, the base is too present, almost disturbing. You are on the right track. I put you on my favorite. :)

nice man your ideas are quite mature. i think i hear some thelonius in there? 2 things i hear in your playing that i would suggest you take a look at would be to swing n groove more (which comes with time of course) but more so , put a little bit more space in there, breaths you know, allow the notes to have their full life.
