Save Me was a song that was about being isolated, lonely and wanting love. Thinking love was the only thing that mattered and that you needed it to guide you, without it you’d be lost. Hence the lyrics: “I need your love before I fall, fall.” I’m Fine is about finding love for yourself and getting out of that state of mind where you are trapped. You stop thinking about all the negativity and you can finally breathe. You can finally feel free.

When I first listened to Seesaw, I teared up. I've been wanting to hear Yoongi sing for such a long time, and they finally did it. The song in general is such a good one because it's about one sided love and having to leave (correct me if I'm wrong). For me personally, I have gone through that more than once, so it personally touched me. So, in conclusion, I loved it :)

I think in my experience the magic of what BTS represents to me is that their songs just come at a perfect timing for me. The realness that is their music, lyrics and messages just tends to fall in line with my own personal experiences, and mindset almost everytime and it may seem super narcissistic but it really speaks to me at that moment in time. And I know they are not personally speaking to me through their music (lol) but the fact that they can make me FEEL that way (and I'm sure many others as well) by just being honest and passionate musicians is incredible.

Yes, I completely agree. I'm a newer Army, and I guess I just came in at the perfect time. They released Love Yourself Tear right after I started getting into their music and when I read the subtitles on the songs in the album, I was very touched with the amount of passion that they put into their lyrics. Going back to their older (not saying that it's old lol) music, I also feel touched, because it's the stages of loving someone. Their music in general is so so so good, and better than most American music.

little did you know No this is a rumor. Hobi auditioned with dance but he was trained as a rapper. He was always supposed to be a rapper as Namjoon and Yoongi said they needed Jung Hoseok to form their unit back when their group was supposed to be mainly a hip hop group and not an idol group. If you compare the lyrics to Save Me and I’m Fine, a lot of the references are opposites of each other, Save Me is begging someone for help and I’m Fine is saying that they don’t need anyone else, ‘I’m the only one who can save me.’ For example, Save Me has the line ‘listen to my heartbeat, it calls you whenever it wants to’ vs I’m Fine where it says ‘My cold heart, I forgot how to call you.’ It was also hinted at in the LY Highlight Reels poster where It said ‘I’m fine’ but if you flipped it it said ‘save me’. It was also hinted at in the Fake Love video where the same i’m fine/save me witting was showed behind V

I feel like the collab with Nicki was really unexpected. I was more expecting a Halsey collab because they're friends. But the collab was a nice shock. She really added a nice twist to the song and her rap really worked with the music. I can't wait to see the impact of the song​ and to see whether they will perform this with her in the future. I'd love to see them perform it at an awards show. It will definitely add to their publicity and make their following even bigger than it is now, and hopefully allow more room for future collaborations with even more influential western artists.

I love how you genuinely fall into their music, it’s just such a relatable feeling that I can connect to very easily. I think a lot of people based their entire opinion of Answer on IDOL alone, which is really unfortunate. IDOL is a song like Fire where people will either love/end up loving, or just dislike. It’s very much an anthem song which is not for everyone. Anyways, this was such a beautiful and amazing wrap to the Love Yourself series, I love it so much.

It’s sad, because I see people calling the song and music video “trash”; completely disregarding the amazing mix of traditional Korean culture and the South African beats. I don’t expect everyone to like the song or the music video because it’s not for everyone, but to call both trash when Koreans are genuinely getting emotional and are just so thankful to the way Korean culture is being portrayed by BTS in both the song and MV...I don’t know, it’s just really sad.

Your reaction declaring your love to RM then listening to Suga's Seesaw right after and getting freaking confused not knowing whose song you loved more because you just love both of them so much WAS EXACTLY MY REACTION. Though I did stay loyal to RM (haha) in the end, at the first listen I loved Seesaw way more than Love, but after listening to both a bit more and looking at the lyrics, I just couldn't help but fall completely in love with 'Love' . Just Dance is pretty dope as well and it felt like an extension of Hope World, a very feel good dance. I do agree with you on Love Myself, it feels like a christian youth group song, or like one of those collab with tons of famous artists singing a make-the-world-a-better-place type of song. I think it's kinda cheesy quite honestly, not my type of song. But I think they reason is because they used the sample created for the Love Myself campaign for UNICEF, and they did say while promoting in the US that more stuff for the campaign would come out, so I guess this has somethign to do with it.

I just realized that in the mirror in Fake Love it said Save Me, but upside down it says I'm Fine. Which Makes sense of why it sounds like save me, but it's actually called I'm Fine!! Mind blown

the trivia were truly gifts from the heavens. personally i feel like their title tracks have been selling the rapline short, and the fact that it was the vocal line's turn to do the intros (not that im complaining) made that even more apparent. they all had different concepts and meanings and just showcased the rapline so well. i really liked the lyrics of im fine and how bts are going to write music about what they truly believe, even if that means completely contradicting a previous song. it really showcased the vocal line and their amazing vocals. i wasn't the biggest fan of answer: love myself because i didnt feel like the music flowed well together but lyrically it was great. i've seen the mixed opinions about idol and people either love it or hate it. i was a huge fan of it and the mv (it has a lot of commentary that you can easily write off as absurd and unfitting... but when does bighit ever do things without reason??) . overall, this album was a great way to end the love yourself series.

Love Myself is based on some music used in a video for their UNICEF campaign so I think it's a more digestable song so it can be used for the campaign, and also as a nice comedown song for the tour~ also I have to listen to it more but right now I think Seesaw and I'm Fine are my favorites out of the new tracks; I love the traditional Korean influence in IDOL and I also love the new little section in Serendipity but that's mostly bc Jimin's voice this album just DESTROYED me his voice is stunning!!

When i first heard Seesaw and listened to yoongi's singing i was so shooked that i cried. It never happened to me before. It's my favorite song until now and a i don't think that i will ever get over that song.
