One thing I noticed from Let it go is, the driving instrument changes from piano to electric ones as Elsa decides to let things go and follow to her heart. Maybe the traditional piano sounds represent disciples in the castle, that she forced herself to follow😊

As a 33 year old male metalhead whose favourite bands are Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath and Judas Priest I'll fight anyone to the death who says this song isn't a masterpiece. Idina's powerful voice, the lyrics with the meaning and context behind them and the musical composition is 10/10. It literally gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. Disney and the musicians amd composers they hire have a brilliant track record of creating amazing and iconic songs but for me this is on top.

I don’t have a favourite character. For me, though, Anna is super relatable. When Anna is sleeping at the beginning of the movie while drooling and her hair is messy, I’m like “same,” or “I do the same thing”. Anna is optimistic about life. I am, too. Her love for Elsa I can relate to. I have sisters and I love them both. And when Anna stuffs the chocolate in her mouth, I can totally relate. I love chocolate, and I have a sweet tooth. That’s why I said no favourites but I could really relate to a character.

The amount of background music in Let it Go seems to increase the more Elsa uses her powers. The more she…well…lets it go. The crescendo in the beginning that then backs of when we get to the chorus I believe is there to showcase Elsa’s stress/tension. The moments she starts to sing “let it go” her tension is gone so we get the more upbeat/light background.

the Frozen songwriters (Boby Lopez and Kristin Anderson ) are the producers and songwriters of Avenue Q the broadway show which won best musical at the tonys in 2004 against wicked. So they have broadway background.

Definitely watch Frozen 2! I actually like it more than 1, and I already really like 1. And the songs are even more amazing :) By the way, a strategy that I've seen one reactor use for reacting to musicals is to watch the whole musical before any of the songs, but then release the individual song reactions as their own videos. That way you get the context of the story, but still have the full song reactions. Just in case you want to experiment with a different kind of reaction at some point - I already really like your videos.
