This would have been PERFECT for a mini resort: 40-50 people at a time, movie playing every night, wellness center, bowling and golf, nightclub on the weekends only for people staying there, and a daily restaurant for 3 meals. I'm not impressed with many of the design aspects of this house. They won't stand the test of time. It's got a lot of fancy features, but I doubt the structure is built to last.
