I received a hose with my Tooty and it screwed right on to my Iwata brush, no adapter needed. Hose was a nice braided almost 8 ft long

They have released an updated model, it might have more addons with it than the one I received in this video.

Use loctite 451 it’s deep purple makes the seal drys in 2 days but you still can get the fitting off if you need to .

Is the regulator permanently mounted? Looks like it can come off so you can re-mount the regulator on your table.
@DeathRayDesigns5 жыл бұрын
777Ken that might not be a bad idea!

I used to wear the regulator on my belt; so I could adjust the pressure w/o going back to a noisy compressor...Cuz a noisy compressor always goes on just when I’m about to do something requiring complete concentration..then########!!!

Awesome review. Keep em coming! 👍🏻

I doubt your leak was why it was kicking on so frequently. it has a very small tank and the retrigger pressure is probably right near the all full pressure. I had the same issue and mounted my rig to a 20lb tank and now I can paint like 30 minutes before my compressor kicks on.

How can you tell what PSI or Bars you are at with this compressor?

So after 2 years, have you continued to use this compressor, or did you go back to your other one? My compressor is a 60 dollar one from a big box store. It's loud, it does its job, but it's meant for air tools like nail guns so the controls aren't the greatest for lower PSI functionality. I'm looking for a new one. Any recommendations?

Sorry we didn't see this sooner, when I'm painting at home I still use this one. Haven't noticed any issues. Admittedly I don't paint every day like I did at the height of my commission painting days but it still works for me :) (This is the guy in the video!)

Have you had a chance to do a length test after correcting the air leak? I am curious how much work time you get before it's running.
@DeathRayDesigns5 жыл бұрын
Nathan Koch I’m at work tonight running our laser machines but I’ll try to run a quick test for you tomorrow when I get home. The compressor is with my stream rig atm and not at the shop. Should be an easy test though :)

You mentioned Minitaire. What's up with that? Is Badger discontinuing it? It's out of stock all over the place.

I just bought the same compressor and thought it was pretty quiet 🤷🏼♂️ thanks for the video

I could tell it was a bit noisy. Have you thought about trying it on the floor to see if that helps with the noise levels? As in does it "shaking" from the compressor running contribute to the noise?
@DeathRayDesigns5 жыл бұрын
lord17c alboise lebels on the floor we’re about the same however post filming I fixed the leak and it isn’t running as often now that the leak has been addressed.
