Product Updates - 6.2 for iOS Widgets & Snap Improvements

This release focuses on Widgets and Snap to Grid improvements. In this video, we'll walk you through the basics of getting started with your widgets and show you what else we've been working on.
- Showcase your drawings with an iOS homescreen widget, including single- and multi-drawing panels and quick access to start a new drawing.
- Snap to Grid improvements allow traceback without overlapping and easier drawing of corners.
- Improved accuracy when using the Line Guide to set the drawing scale.
- The Quick Clear menu has been overhauled. Double-tap the slice or masking tools to show it.
- Tap the What’s New button in the Help menu to see what’s coming and what we’ve accomplished recently.

Regarding that new improvement of drawing a line aligned with grid, I enjoyed when I was able to draw a line and go back and forth on the line - the new improvement is good for sure. But I was wondering if we can allow for the old style too. It was super intuitive for me. One of the great aspects when I was sketching and I really really miss it

Where can you see the brush/object packs, so you know what you’re buying?

Hi, you should be able to see all of the objects in an Object library. You can also see previews of the brushes before you purchase them. Is there something additional you're interested in seeing?

Hii could you add a merge layers function

Hi, you can merge layers now. Tap on a layer and a menu will pop out with several icons, tap the icon that looks like two down arrows and the layer you've selected will merge down to the layer below.

Can I create templates here, for eg tree, cars people?

If you're using Concepts with an iOS device you can create your work Object Libraries, or saved objects such a trees, cars, and people that you can use across your drawings.
