I love your recent vlogs, and I agree with the person who said that you appear more you than you've looked in a long time. I was a follower of yours from the era when you were with Bo (sp?) and in recent years I stopped feeling pulled to watch your videos. I didnt unsubscribe, I just never felt like clicking on them. But recently when your newest vids popped on my screen I just felt pulled to click on them, and I've been watching all of them religiously. I can't explain what it is, but whatever is going on I love it!

Rachel, genuinely thank you for the adhd tips. Doing the most basic next step has been so helpful for me when I’m frozen. Yet I’ve not seen that tip anywhere before - but it’s a game changer. You’re the best :) Thank you!

Hey Rachel ❤ Really love your videos. I have had a weird feeling about the speech being accelerated though. Is it just me or do you make it quicker artificially? Thanks love.

Thank you for sharing your adhd journey. I am going soon for a diagnosis. My daughter was recently diagnosed…it’s super genetic so I am assuming I also have it. Being 40 it’s more heightened form what I’ve read with perimenopause and managing all the things! I really wanted to be medicated.

The skills you use to manage your ADHD are great! Seen so many people who choose not to manage it and just lean into the hyperactivity too much and then wonder why things are hard for them. Absolutely HYPED to see the bathroom finished and the wallpaper on the bedroom ceiling!

I have always felt I related to you in a few ways. I can't afford an official Dx of the Autism but I am def Autistic with ADHD but I def have a way more internal adhd, but who knows, maybe I lost my antsiness from trauma.

Agree. I havnt turned in for a few years. This is not the same Rachel. Manic indeed. Slow down Rachel. With love, not being mean. Observation is all.

I’m not sure that she’s manic, i think it might be because the video/audio is sped up a bit for some reason.

I used to have vivid dreams with horrifying nightmares that would keep me up all night. Sometimes I didn't want to go to bed b/c the dreams were so bad / terrifying and realistic. I would wake-up with my heart pounding - and feeling like I ran a mile (I was exhausted in the morning). I was speaking to a woman about my dreams and she told me that entities were entering my dreams and "messing with me" (for lack of a better term) and that I should cast them out "in the name of Jesus Christ". Entities like to enter dreams b/c it's an easy realm for them to get inside a human. But I got to the point where if something negative was starting to happen in my dream then I could cast it out subconsciously "in the name of Jesus Christ". After a few times /nights of me doing that - the entities left me alone and I haven't had to deal with them since. It's been 3-4 years. God is good! Think / say what you want about Christianity, but invoking Christ's name worked for me 100%!!

The energy is so stressed, what is going on? Are you trying out medication for your ADHD maybe? This one ain't it. Take care, Rachel (Edit: oh now I hear you're on Vyvanse.)
