I totally get the "I want to learn everything" struggle! I'm majoring in mechanical engineering but I did an intensive business course this summer to get my business minor and it was around 8 hours a day for 10 weeks but it was so incredibly interesting to learn about so many different aspects of business!! You were talking about all the economics stuff and I was having major flashbacks! It's always difficult to do things in such an accelerated format, but the amount of new information and perspectives that I gained over these ten weeks was so worth it!

Something you said a while ago "just start what you're avoiding and do it for five minutes" has been an absolute lifesaver and game changer for me! I'm in such a funk with university work during the pandemic and have gone 4 weeks without doing any work (eek!!!) but now I'm slowly slowly getting back into it by just trying to do 5 minutes at a time. It's so useful and I'm so thankful for you having said that!

dear Jade, I have been having this video on my watch later playlist and since last night I have been having a whole episode of anxiety thinking about how I could be better for people around me. I have got two people that I care so deeply told me things I thought I wouldn't come out from them but it did, so I have been questioning my worth and if people like me at all. I have always been afraid of being with myself because i feel like I wont be whole without someone else or bunch of people I rely on.
