Agree with most. But I do not buy or use shower liners. I stick with waterproof mildew resistant shower curtain. Duvet inserts still cleaning. To me cleaning the cover is not good enough especially now in Covid times. I use a thin coverlet and blankets that can be easily washed between guests.

We use thin coverlets in La Casita in Puerto Rico. Where is your STR? I'll check out waterproof shower curtains next.

Those two-hooked shower curtain holders are the best. I put them in every room in the motel I used to own.

Super thick lush towels take FOREVER to dry.. I use target, bed bath & beyond. or even Costco. Can you return them?

I'm curious about holiday decorations, do you use them? I like to be a little festive but I'm not into offending anyone in case they have religious objections. I plan on putting a couple of small pine trees (faux) on the mantle and such but not decorated, just in a nice pot, same with front door wreaths, being careful to not include any Merry Christmas specifically. I'll go for Happy Holidays but that's it. Am I being to cautious? My husband says I'm a grinch!

I'm about to do a video about it. Where is your listing? Do you get people from different parts of the world? Like my NY listing I'm more holiday than Xmas. My others I'm going to do lite holiday decorations.

Bunk beds are a PITA to make up. Horrible! And, some insurance doesn't approve bunk beds or charge a higher premium.

The last few times I've stayed in hotels, I've had to ask for all cotton sheets because they came equipped with polyester sheets. Are there people who like them?

I don't know if people like them but they're cheaper.
