These are amazing! My daughter loves Graham crackers, but due to quarantine we can't go shopping, so, made these at home, and absolutely loved them. We are never buying them at a store ever again, as the home made ones are way superior. Thank you for your easy recipe and tutorial.

What's the difference between wheat & all-purpose flour?
@jonathanljohnson Жыл бұрын
There are 3 types of wheat, the hardest is used for pasta, the medium is used for bread and the softest is used for cakes. All purpose flour is a mixture of bread and cake flour and can be used for either, but there is a trade off. White flour has the hard shell of the wheat kernel, which is called bran, removed through sifting, whole wheat leaves the bran in the flour.

What can I use to substitute honey
@aldebaranaldana61056 жыл бұрын
You can use 1/4 cup +1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water to substitute 1/4 cup of honey. You can also use pure maple syrup, corn syrup (light, dark or a mix) or molasses (but these one has a very strong flavor).

Do i need a food processor?
@sxerosie7 жыл бұрын
Onia Mayberry it's easier with it. You can prob do it in a blender but maybe more difficult...
@carynmeyer31447 жыл бұрын
Onia Mayberry You can use a blender. But if you don't have one, then you can probably use a whisk and wooden spoon. If you're using a whisk and spoon then it would help to whisk the butter separately at first to soften it. The dough will be stiff so doing it by hand will take more time and energy. And you'd probably have to knead the dough a little to make it less stiff and make sure everything is combined properly.
@HowTasty7 жыл бұрын
Hi Onia Mayberry! No, you can make the dough with your hands, it's lovely and so relaxing
@ohyum7 жыл бұрын
you can definitely do this by hand. Make as you would a dough. Cut the butter or use a grater and grate the butter in. This will make the butter pieces smaller and easier to mix into the dry ingredients. When crumbly, add the honey and form into a ball.
