If you don't have access to sour cream Plain Greek Yoghurt is the best option for a substitute. But, if that’s not available, then soft cream cheese blended in with a blender or immersion blender would work just fine. Happy baking!

As if you read my mind! Been making your lemon meringue cheesecake and lemon pound cake which I tweaked adding blueberries ( inspired by your lemon blueberry cake recipe). My friends have been enjoying it and I have been enjoying feeding them, such a gratifying feeling. I will try this recipe next.

I swear, I despise lemon/lime desserts. But IF I lived next door to you, i would take one for the team and eat whatever you bake. I have loved your channel for a few years. You make me want your kitchen lol and want to massively bake. You talk with Soooo much patience and you know how to explain everything you bake. However I miss the full episodes y'all used to post.
