Chris, Top three valves on the head push water into the bypass and lance (nozzle on the end of the lance is what gives your pressure) Bottom three nozzles on the head (ones what were caked up) suck your water into the head if you ever have pressure issues stick a water feed directly from a tap to the head inlet and if it fixes all faults you have a suction issue 👌👍 Guns juddering in your hand will also indicate bad valves or air in the system All your pressure washer parts are available from exchange engineering in Grantham, Fix em for a livin' definitely feel the struggle 😂

Chris you need to get and inline water filter in the system before the pump gets restricted of water again of algae sludge and detritus. Buy one that's operator friendly and can be removed and inspected and cleaned on a daily basis without the use of tools. Pond geoline 3/4 bsp filter Those cat pumps are strong and we'll built very suprised it's never broke the valve baskets. Let's hope it's gets you through to the first heavy frost Your very lucky bypass as spoken before is a temporary fix to aid diagnosis not a permanent repair Especially when you had removed the pressure control relief bypass valve and the operator is the safety bypass on the trigger... letting the water flow through They make them cheap and cost a fortune to buy should have a secondary pressure relief valve fitted on the pressure head as standard than relying on unloader valve or pipe or fitting to rupture pressurised water is dangerous Get a filter fitted before it stops working again if not already broke

Chris, those Toyota's suffer with the three small wires to the alternator chafing/ breaking in the loom where it comes over and wraps around the engine. Next place to look if it gives you more grief! Just had my own struggle on a 7 series Toyota with a similar problem!
