i'm a spanish student in spain, i've been watching videos about selective precipitation for an hour and i couldn't understand it, but thanks to you now i understand it and know how to do it in a different language. thank you so much. i'll suscribe to your channel and you have a like ;)

Super instructive video professor Dave! Idea for another video: explaining the solubility process of Al(OH)3. Some really interesting chemistry is bound to happen!

Hey, Professor Dave? Can you do coding and computer science? I would like to learn it and you explain subjects really well.

I definitely plan to do those at some point! Maybe next year. I don’t actually know anything about it so I have to learn or pay someone to write it.

Is it possible to have another math example of selective precipitation?

Hey professor, in the last example why couldnt we simply calculate the solubility of each precipitate and directly say the one with smaller solubility will be formed first?
@katarina8073 жыл бұрын
I think because there are different amounts of KI and KCl in the solution. If they were 1:1 we would assume that the smaller Ksp will precipitate first

Can we learn about adding baking soda and what amount of cocaine makes free base? That'd be cool ;-)

Sigh... It's like in my classes when I teach chemistry: they always ask me: how to make a bomb / explosion... People will never change..

@@EntropicalNature Life, it's almost more of a pain in the ass than it's worth, ain't it? It's because we're all damaged starting with birth, life starts rough and it rarely gets easier. Still, I laugh nearly every day, no matter what's happening, I hope we can all do that.
