Literally same issues I had with mine out of the box. I had to have the console, a roller and belt all replaced out of the box. They wouldn’t offer an exchange and only repairs which took months. I won’t buy Proform ever again. It’s been holding up since then but I only have my petite wife using it. I’m 6’1 245lbs and I feel like I’m going to burn out the motor

If it is in your budget, jump up to the Sole F80. There are some big sales coming up so you can probably get a few dollars off by the end of this month.
