Probably one of the best songs they've done. The solo is definitely an homage to New Millennium Cyanide Christ by Meshuggah. The chorus filled an itch for Juggernaut fans who loved the jazzy progression from The Event, but wanted Spencer to work his magic over it and for the idea to be developed more in general. Just a very loveable song, especially for those who like their metal served with a big slice of weird.

The first time I heard this chorus it threw me for a loop and I wasn’t a huge fan. A couple spins later I “got it”. A dozen spins later and I’m convinced this is one of their best choruses. It’s actually really really catchy but also complex in a way their choruses haven’t been since P2. (Others have pointed out it’s the same as The Event from Juggernaut). Once you’re able to groove and sing along it’s absolutely epic. Really solid track all around from Periphery.

Great track, love how heavy and groovy it is. Periphery is a master of those chill melodic interludes. If I have a critique I think the chorus melody isn’t quite as catchy as some of their other material but overall it’s a banger.

The entire song is chock of references to their songs on Juggernaut. One of the songs called "Hell Below" was super heavy most of the song, then abruptly switches to jazzy elevator music. So this song references "Hell Below" in the lyrics and with that abrupt change to the jazz section. Also, the guys in Periphery are a bunch of silly geese who do silly things because it's funny.
