Use a bunch of dry ice for the sound dead material works like a charm, did it on the crx I had. get enough to cover the area and leave it on for a good bit of time, and use a rubber hammer to break it up.

I used to run a 300mm (or was it 280mm???) steering wheel in the EG Civic I used to own, and I tilted the steering wheel downward as far as it will go. With the way I sit, I can look at my dash from above the steering wheel, but the bottom bits (warning lights? iirc) are blocked though. I loved driving like that though! :)

Just like the other guy said. use dry ice to remove the sound deadenning (idk if i spelled it correctly) from the floor. and that black trim is for the door edges. door edge guards, might have to steal your idea.

+Joshua EP3 I'm assuming rb is rebuilt. Yes it does have a rebuilt title from being in a minor front end accident before I bought the car. I've have had this civic for 10yrs and put over 100k on it and there hasn't been any problems from being rebuilt except the crappy paint job.
