Filming in natural light is a real adventure! Hope you enjoy my project pan introduction nonetheless. 💫 How do you approach a project pan?

Ohhh yes I definitely want to see your new catrice products!! I’ve bought a number of catrice things over the last two months and I really enjoy them! In general I’ve pretty much only gotten drugstore products since the beginning of the year (except for one indie brand eyeshadow palette). The brands have been doing great things!

They have been doing so great! I think it's nice they're also taking their time to hop on trends and still remain quite affordable! Probably one of the most affordable brands without feeling cheap or being bad quality. Which ones did you try from Catrice?

Beautiful eyeshadow look! And good luck with your project pan. I'm doing project rolling 10 pan this year and I have similar approach - always have some easy items to boost my motivation, a few things that I like but need to work on them more and something more challenging that I want to use up entirely.

Thank you so much! What's a project rolling 10 pan? Sounds very interesting! :D

@@Peculiarlaain Oh! it's basically a project in which you have 10 products, after finishing one - you roll a new one in its place. There are two (most popular) styles of doing this project: 1. you can set any goal for each product and just roll them out after reaching that goal, and this is a yearly project pan; 2. you have 10 "original" products and your goal for each of them is to finish them up. When you finish the product, you roll in a new one (this time your goal can be different, e.g. pan, usage goal etc.). The main difference is that your project ends, when you will finish all of the "original 10" products, so it can last even longer than a year. I chose the first option, it's easier imo, actually I want to finish all the selected products entirely, but it will end in December 2024, even if I don't manage to achieve all of my goals. Wow, that is an essay 🙈

Have you considered to use the Essence highlighter as a glowy Bronzer? Maybe you could set your cream contour with it

Great video, and it's very much inspired me. I'm working on a project pan as well, but was really working on only the products that I love, not so much thinking about using the stuff that I'm not as enamored with. But this video has given me the motivation to use some products in different ways or to try to pan eyeshadow shades that I wouldn't usually use, like slightly darker ones etc. I have that same Essence highlighter, with similar problems 😅 , an also a powder bronzer that is just wrong on me, but trying to figure out some way to use them.

Thank you!! I think a project pan with mostly products that you love is a good way to get started. Nobody wants to spend time on products that don't look good on them or they don't feel their best with. :) But a few challenges makes it quite fun too! Have you tried using the bronzer as an eyeshadow? I do it all the time haha!

@@Peculiarlaain yes it's mostly what I've been using it and the Essence highlight for, it's like pan products pan lol, both are baked formulas as well, and baked take forever to use up. I really struggle with bronzer though, I'm sort of a light cool toned olive, with gray eyes, every bronzer I've tried looks muddy on me, except perhaps good old Physicians Formula in the shade Bronze, I think only a super subtle bronzer suits my complexion.
