All four sections: 1:30 - Project Info (Name & Justification) 3:28 - Scope Statement & Focus 6:01 - Supporting Details 8:52 - Key people TL;DRs Sect 1: Why are we doing this project? Sect 2: What is the summary of what you're trying to do? What are you delivering? What's in, what's out? Sect 3: Project timeline, deliverables and assumptions. Sect 4: Who has an effect in the project's production?

The document serves as the primary tool for stakeholders and teammates to reference and use as a guideline to accurately measure project success.
