For a show car, yeah, maybe get bigger wheels and tires...but for performance you need some room for when the body rolls or you hit a bump going fast. He's already said he wants to get some good performance out of this car, so...slam something else? I don't love how it looks with the white, but I'd wait until he does what he wants with the rest of the car to judge.

Great choice on the tires! I've ran them on my '04 Civic Si since the end of March this year. They do handle great in the rain, they wear pretty well, and once they're scrubbed they hook hard. I've autocrossed it, daily drove it, railed Connecticut potholes with it. Will absolutely buy again as a street tire

Love the new wheels tbh, everyone is trashing them. I work at Discount Tire Co and let me tell you, there’s so much more to a set of aftermarket wheels and tires than just the looks. It changes the entire dynamics of the car. Lighter wheels, lighter tires with R-compound. Makes a stock car faster, quicker, and better at handling. Yes, I would have gone with bronze or copper, but this seems to be a more conservative build for the time being. Perfect first modification for any reasonable person. Would rather this than have the car on jackstands awaiting a month-long delivery process of some widebody kit or whatever. DAVID STAYS showing people that anyone can modify a car and you dont need a million dollars to be different from the rest of the crowd.

I love my white Mustangs!!! Living in the South White is the only color!! It’s at least 15 degrees cooler.!! Then added Heated and COOLED seats!! And ceramic leather seats. Those wheels fit the car very well. 10/10 Also if you're looking for a cheap tow rig look into getting a Van vs a Truck. They cost less than a truck, but have the same drivetrain.

I bought just a super basic 2018 5.0, it’s made the modding process way easier. Doing things like splitters seats wheels suspension stuff has been way easier without heated and cooled seats, magnaride, etc

If you do get a truck and want to mod it at all, just do exterior mods like a grille and some fiber optic head/tail lights and matching body paint grille surrounds and bumpers. Makes them look SO much different and doesn't mess with durability at all

I think a lot of people complaining about the wheels don't realize how big of a difference minor changes can make to the whole picture, especially if you're going to do something major like a paint job/wrap. I do have to say, and I hope this isn't taken the wrong way...from a cinematic standpoint I cannot stand how often Alejandra interrupts you (the last vid was much worse). You'll be mid-sentence and it seems to almost derail your train of thought. I want to hear her thoughts, but not while you're speaking...just like you don't interrupt her. Welcome to the S550 world. Just picked up an Oxford white 2019 PP1 manual. Compared to my 2014 VMP blown GT, comfort and and handling stock vs stock, S550 all the way. I haven’t started the mods yet, probably a Borla S catback to get it a little louder. The manual ain’t that great but maybe a better shift and clutch will help. The 10R80 is the latest and greatest and hopefully it will hold up better than their previous 6R80. Build it as Melissa the Monster.....eventually it will be.

When I had the stock 235 tires on my base 18 gt I literally had no confidence in the corners and going flat out on the throttle I switched to nitto g2 285 and 305 in the rear.. the car feels like it’s on rails now it’s crazy how much tires make a difference.
